2 Burger King® Rodeo Burgers, cut in half lengthwise with a serrated knife
1/3 cup ranch dressing
6 slices American cheese, cut in half widthwise with a serrated knife
6 onion rings, cut in half
1/2 cup BBQ sauce, divided
6 burger buns, split and toasted
Instructions:
Place the Rodeo Burger on a cutting board with the bun side facing up.
Place all 6 onion rings in a single layer on top of the meat patty.
Spread 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce over each slice of American cheese.
Then spread 1 teaspoon of ranch dressing over each slice of beef and then place 2 slices together and spread another teaspoon or so each onto both beef patties. Keep doing this until you’ve added all six slices to one patty with ranch dressing on top and have enough for one more beef patty.
Transfer the beef patties to the bun bottoms and then top each with a slice of lettuce, half of a tomato slice, and a generous portion of the onion rings.
Place the burger tops on top of each patty and spread 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of BBQ sauce over each top bun half.
Place both buns together, cut the in half (horizontally), and enjoy!
